And so it begins. I did this a week or so ago at school (see "Operation Liquidation"), but Kim O'Donnel's "Eating Down the Fridge" Challenge on A Mighty Appetite starts today, and I thought I should participate! I'm home for break, obviously, and my parents' fridge needs to be eaten. 

Look for some updates. I'll be posting later. I have to do some thesis work right now, but there's a big pot of marinara sauce cooking on the stove =). Get excited.
